This was the location of the
original Thunder Roadhouse, a popular biker bar owned
by Dennis Hopper and Peter Fonda (from 60's classic film, Easy
Rider) and singer Dwight Yoakam. The Thunder Road
motorcycle accessories shop is still around, directly behind
this new construction at 8369 W. Sunset
Blvd.
