The famous Rocky and Bullwinkle statue which now resides here, used to be located at Dudley Do-Right's Emporium, 8200 W. Sunset Blvd. When it was there, there was a billboard above it advertising the Sands Hotel in Las Vegas. The billboard featured the swimming pool and a model who's swimsuit would change to reflect different fashions, and whenever it was changed, Bullwinkle's suit would be painted to match!
